Delivery Policy

FREE SHIPPING throughout Portugal! This means that we deliver to all addresses in Portugal free of charge for our customers!

The products presented in our store are shipped directly from our distribution centers to the address registered in our store at the time of order completion. Shipping may be from a distribution center in Portugal or even abroad (USA, China).

The delivery period is 7 to 25 working days after the order is posted at CTT, in accordance with the rules of the Portuguese postal service delivery system.

Your order will be shipped immediately after the order's Payment Confirmation and after its Logistics Processing.

Care when filling in the data:

Casa da Ortopedia will ensure that the products are sent to the address chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. Therefore, we ask that the customer carefully fill in the delivery address for their product, so that there are no problems with delivery. The information provided at the time of registration is the sole responsibility of the customer, and Casa da Ortopedia will not be held liable for any charges arising from incorrectly registered data. If the product is not delivered due to an error in the address indicated by the customer, a new product will only be sent upon a new purchase.
